Two paintings, each stapled on either side of work board. On front, painting of exterior side of a white house with window with blue shutters and window box over a garden of yellow and white flowers. Front is signed J.A. Neff AWS. On reverse side of board is a second painting in progress of a small brown sailboat on the water with unfinished houses on shore behind. Back is not signed.
